LEED CI and the Tenant to Owner Interaction

Tenants are demanding, some local governments are mandating (including in Maryland), and Federal government agency tenants are requiring that leased premises be built-out to achieve specified minimum Green standards, even when that existing shell building is not a Green building. LEED Commercial Interiors (LEED CI) may be the answer for owners of one of the existing 4.5 million existing commercial buildings.
