Since 2001, NFMT has attracted the key thinkers and trend setters of the facilities management industry to Baltimore. With the launch of MS Expo in 2005, the co-located events have together become the biggest trade show if its kind.

Each year members of the trade and consumer press attend the event to report on the new industry advances, technologies and professional philosophies revealed in Baltimore.
