Achieving Tangible Results: How to Build a Talent Management Program Using FBPTA and FMI


We will help individuals test free, user-friendly tools that evaluate their professional development needs and skill gaps, and identify training and credentials tailored to those needs. You will leave with the knowledge of how to create a talent management plan and present a supportable business case to your supervisors for training approval. In addition, FBPTA-Aligned training providers will share how they utilized the FBPTA competencies to strengthen the programs.
