Improving Healthcare Infrastructure: Best Practices



With an increasing emphasis on population health - and the complex connections among people, their health and their environment - healthcare executives are making it a strategic priority to improve aging infrastructure. Using successful best practice case studies, the presenter will describe how administrators at leading healthcare organizations developed a systematic approach to undertaking improvements. The presentation will describe how to develop a business impact decision matrix as part of the capital allocation process.
