Inspections: Smarter Processes, Stronger Impact on Asset Costs

If you feel like you’re constantly putting out fires at your facility, it may be because your inspection program isn’t achieving its goals. Too often, problems go unnoticed until equipment breaks or customers complain. That’s antiquated facility management. Inspections should be the heart of preventive maintenance. For example, inspections should alert you when critical operations like equipment performance is outside of acceptable ranges, automatically issuing a corrective work order for the right staffer or vendor. This session showcases how leading facilities use inspections today to find, fix and document issues before they negatively impact performance, safety or asset costs.
