Managing the Collaborative Workplace

As research firm Gartner noted in a 2016 market analysis, facilities managers must understand and plan for a dynamic workforce. This includes integrating capabilities like resource scheduling, complex analytics, mobility, and cloud management within the workplace. Two keys to making this shift successful are anticipating the challenges, and understanding the resources available to manage a new technology infrastructure. This presentation will address these challenges, and give examples of companies that took a start-from-scratch approach to their collaboration spaces. Attendees can expect to learn best practices for leading a project that results in a more agile workplace.

3. Gain insight into working with consultants and integrators and aligning them with their company’s interests
4. Understand why it’s important to collect and analyze workplace data to manage digital business in the workplace
