Surviving the OSHA Audit - For Facility Professionals

Last Year OSHA issued over 40,000 citations for safety violations in the workplace. In one example, a well-known company was fined over $1 million for safety violations that resulted in an employee's death. The good news - many organizations have learned to comply with OSHA regulations and have avoided fines and citations when audited by OSHA. The best solution is to proactively prepare for the OSHA audit and the solutions in this presentation will do just that - and help you protect your organization's most valuable asset, its employees.

2. List key items that OSHA will ask for during the opening conference
3. Learn how to effectively negotiate fine amounts down (and perhaps even get them removed)
