The Art of Implementing and Facilitating a Sustainable Energy Management Program and Process

Attendees will learn firsthand how to create a Sustainable Energy Management Program and Process (SEMPP) to achieve sustained energy cost, repair and maintenance and cost avoidance reduction that will lower overall costs (capital and R&M). This will result in an increase in the assets and/or product's value. The four areas of the program (CCOC) and the seven steps of the process will be highlighted in detail. A case study will be presented to show actual results comparing same store over a six year period.
