Women in Facilities Management 2017

The role of women in leadership has been particularly in the spotlight in the last year, opening up a space to closely examine the strengths and peculiarities of women in business. In facilities management, once considered a man's world, long strides have been made in women entering its workforce and attaining leadership positions. And there is still space to continue to move the needle. In this highly-collaborative session, the audience will hear from a panel of women who have achieved much through their careers in facilities management. We will learn about their strategies for success and lessons learned. As a group, we will discuss what it means to be a woman in facilities management today and how to continue to encourage and develop women as they move into and up in their careers.
