Please refrain from calling hotels directly for reservations prior to the opening of the housing website as the hotels will not have access to the NFMT 2017 room block at the discounted group rate.

NFMT is held at the Baltimore Convention Center, in the city's Inner Harbor. Baltimore's Inner Harbor is a hub of activity with a beautiful waterfront, loads of attractions, restaurants, pubs, hotels and shops.


The Baltimore Convention Center is located off I-95, it's easily accessible from cities throughout the northeast.


From New York

  95 south to exit #53 (395 south - downtown exit).

  Follow 395 south towards inner harbor.

  Proceed on 395 south and make a right at the 3rd light which is Pratt Street.

  The Convention Center will be on the right.

From Washington DC

  95 north to exit #53 (395 north - downtown exit).

  Follow 395 north towards Inner Harbor, proceed on 395 north and make a right at the 3rd light which is Pratt Street.

From York & Harrisburg, PA

  83 south to 695 west.

  Proceed on 695 west and take the next 83 south exit.

  Follow 83 south to Lombard Street and make a right.

  Continue on Lombard Street and make a left onto Hopkins Place.

  Proceed on Hopkins Place (Hopkins Place will convert into sharp street) and make a left onto Pratt Street.

  The Convention Center will be on the right.

  Take Conway to Howard.

  Make a right onto Pratt Street.

The Baltimore Convention Center does not offer parking, however parking is available adjacent to the Convention Center at Camden Yards, Lot C.

Shuttle Bus from Camden Yards - Lot C to the Convention Center

NFMT offers shuttle service from the Camden Yards - Lot C parking lot to the Pratt Street entrance of the convention center. The shuttle will run a continuous loop from the center to the parking lot.

Baltimore's Light Rail System travels through the heart of the city. There are 32 stops along the route, including near the Baltimore Convention Center at Camden Yards. Tickets are available onboard.

MARC Train Service

MARC Train Service operates Monday through Friday only. Weekend Service now available on the Penn Line only.

Metro Subway

The 15.5-mile, 14-station Metro Subway system operates every. 8-10 minutes during the morning and evening peak periods; 11 minutes during weekday evenings; 15 minutes on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

MTA Bus Service

MTA bus service currently has 57 bus routes, which include 47 local buses, 4 limited stop routes (known as QuickBus), and 4 express bus routes (which operate from various suburbs to downtown Baltimore).

MTA Commuter Bus

Commuter Bus provides express transit service connecting suburban residential areas that include Columbia, Bel Air, Havre De Grace, and Laurel to downtown Baltimore. There are five Commuter Bus routes that operate to the Baltimore region, making 55daily trips.

MTA Mobility/Paratransit Program

Mobility/Paratransit service is for citizens who are unable to use Local Bus, Metro/Subway or Light Rail service. The Convention center provides access for our guests with disabilities in the following ways:

  Sidewalk curb cuts provide easy access for wheelchair users to main lobby areas.

  Wheelchair ramp located in the Charles Street Lobby.

  Thresholds are level with floor at entrance doors.

  Meeting room audio enhancements.

  Exterior automatic sliding doors are located at each public lobby entrance - Pratt Street, Sharp Street, Charles Street, and the Mezzanine Level, Main Terrace.

  Emergency systems provide emergency notice for the visually and hearing impaired.

  There are amplified telephone handsets located in each of the permanent public telephone banks located throughout the Center.

  TDD and TDY-equipped telephones are located throughout the public areas of the facility.

  Telephones in each telephone bank are installed at a height that accommodates persons in wheelchairs.

  Elevators are located near escalators on each level, and are equipped with Braille indicators, chimes, and raised lettering, providing mobility for visually impaired as well as mobility impaired guests. In addition, meeting room signs have additional Braille text.

  All restrooms are accessible for standard wheelchairs.

  The elevator cabs provide information on the location of the phone and instructions on using the instruments.

  Visual line indicators (flashers) and amplified handsets are available to exhibitors and show management through the Center's Telecommunications Department.
