An Energy Saving Project Report Card: Six Criteria to Evaluate Energy Efficiency Projects

The process of evaluating energy efficiency projects is a murky one that time and resource constrained professionals are challenged with. After working on nearly $500M in energy efficiency projects over the last 6 years, the presenter has committed himself to making the process transparent and consistent. In this presentation, Julia presents the six tried and true criteria for effective evaluation of a project. These include provider, equipment, savings/benefits, incentives/tax credits, payment terms/options and needs alignment. Participants will gain an understanding of each criteria and a framework to evaluate them gaining firsthand experience using the tools provided.
