Low-Hanging Fruit Grows Every 2 Years: Achieving Sustained Building Performance!

Building managers often wish for technology and major capital upgrades for their buildings. As the quick ROI projects gets done first, the higher capital projects often get left behind. But, the low hanging fruit continues to grow every year. This presentation explores Transwestern's best practice approach and ongoing measurement system to ensure buildings operate at high performance and opportunities are uncovered frequently.
