Poster Presentation

Posters will be presented at the HPB+W cocktail reception on Tuesday, May 16th from 4-6pm. You will be expected to “present” your poster at that time. At least one author for each accepted poster must register for and attend the conference.


Eligibility

To enter the 2017 poster competition, applicants presenting the poster onsite must be:

Speaking/Presenting at HPB+W 2017

Exhibiting at HPB+W 2017 (Interested in Exhibiting?)

Before starting your application, have all materials and information listed below ready and in the required format.

Submission Requirements

The printed poster is not needed until the time of HPB+W Conference, if accepted. Applicants will be responsible for printing and providing their posters. Posters must be 48”x36”.

The project or research described in the application must reflect the abstract.

The subject of the poster presentation must be related or contributing to the mission set forth by HPB+W.

Presenters of accepted entries must be HPB+W presenters or exhibitors and must be present at their display during the poster presentation cocktail reception, Tuesday May 16th from 4-6pm.


Display

Entries accepted for presentation will be displayed in the expo hall at the Conference 

Displays will be limited to one side of a floor-standing bulletin board (48”W x96”L x78”H). The recommended poster size is 48”x36”

Costs associated with creating, shipping, and storing the poster display will be the responsibility of the author/presenter
