10 Common Misconceptions of Fire and Life Safety Compliance

Facility managers are consistently confronted with issues of fire and life safety code compliance. This is as a result of changing tenant needs, tenant fit ups and updated code requirements. The presenter will review common misunderstandings experienced by property managers and facility engineers and discuss successful strategies towards mitigating future code compliance issues. Attendees will gain a better understanding to common fire and life safety compliance issues facing facility managers and engineers that will include examples experienced by the presenter himself.
