Balanced Strategic Facility Planning (BSFP) is a performance-driven integral process that translates mission, vision, themes and other planning elements into stakeholder-prioritized strategic results. FM organizational leaders not only develop a manager’s ability to adopt behaviors and practices that integrate facility-related decision making into the strategic planning process, but also have the capability to increase focus on strategies that improve FM performance by measuring what matters most.
