Strategic FM Outsourcing: The Contract Isn't the Focus



With outsourcing as an accepted, everyday extension of the FM organization, few FM organizations exist today without some form of outsourced services. Still, many FM organizations have difficulty establishing an outsource arrangement that is strategic, effective and transparent. This session identifies some of the most common mistakes FM organizations make when they initiate an outsourcing campaign and provides a "six easy pieces" approach to establishing a successful and sustained outsource relationship.
