Utilizing Innovation to Transform the Future FM

Radical changes are occurring for the future FM. Older FMs can help by changing the paradigm from a management function to a leadership role. Developments in Europe, Saudi Arabia and all over the United States, show how young FMs can create value, use performance metrics, and seek expertise. The exposure to simple innovative leadership concepts will help FMs stay in the leadership role instead of being forced to become more technical. FMs need to move away from the price-based to value-based environment to hire expert vendors. Expertise actually delivers high quality for a lower cost. Join us for this innovative discussion.
