What Does a Mature Asset Management Program Look Like?

Facility Management professionals have been focused on aspects of asset management that have received the most attention in professional organizations and publications. Over the last several years there has been an emphasis on computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and deferred maintenance. While those are important parts of an asset management program, they do not represent a truly mature and effective program. Attend this session to learn what a mature asset management program looks like and understand how to measure the impacts of your program, all the way from foundational elements to mastery.

Learning Objectives:
1. Specify how total cost of ownership concepts should filter through every aspect of an asset management program
2. Explain what a mature asset management program looks like
3. Understand how to focus limited resources in a controlled manner and measure the impacts
4. Measure your program’s maturity from the foundational elements to mastery
