With the average age of facility engineers hovering in the 50s and increasing rate of their retirement, it should be of no surprise that it is getting harder and harder to find and hire skilled maintenance workers. Sadly, we are just seeing the beginning of this growing labor pool shortage. In this session, we will discuss simple actions we can take to offset and prepare for this emerging crisis.
