About this session:
Since the pandemic and the introduction of the hybrid work environment FM Leaders have found it more difficult than ever to maintain a strong organization culture. The traditional business culture has been scrambled to accommodate the needs of the hybrid FM workforce, but the culture still needs to be strong and steadfast. We learned 30 years ago how important culture is to the success of an FM organization although some of the tried-and-true approaches need to be modified. A new formula for strengthening the culture needs to be created for today's world of work.
