About this session:


COVID-19 reminded facility management about the importance of proper handwashing, cleaning, disinfection, air filtration, monitoring, social distancing, use of PPE, and other issues to protect occupant health.  While the hysteria around COVID, lockdowns and other extreme measure are largely behind us; it is important for FMs to understand some of the basic lessons-learned and importantly, how to provide cost-effective measures to protect occupant health and how to successfully communicate what the facility is doing to give occupants the confidence that the building is safe and appropriately protecting their health.
