Michael has assisted organizations and operational teams over the last 16 years to realize their full potential with Enterprise Asset Management, maintenance practices, and associated technologies. He has focused on managing customer relationships from proposal phase through project acceptance and production support to include functional analysis of Enterprise Asset Management Systems (EAMs) to meet customer business needs and development of technology implementation strategies to align utilization with customer business models.
