Patrick Dale

Patrick R. Dale is a Management & Program Analyst and Contracting Officer Representative in the Office of Federal High-Performance Buildings. Patrick works with leadership and program managers to ensure appropriate and cost effective contract vehicles are in place to support the Office Mission. Patrick directly supports the implementation of the Federal Buildings Personnel Training Act by engaging with outside agencies to present the tools and resources available to implement this regulation. Joining GSA In July of 2011, Patrick brings over 10 years of industry experience with business development, project management, account capture and account management. Patrick is a former US Navy communications technician serving on board the AEGIS guided missile cruiser USS Princeton (CG-59). He received his communications degree from the University of California San Diego.
