Ray has more than a dozen years of experience working with facility managers and influencers within the institutional (K12, Higher Ed) and Commercial Office markets. He has spent significant time listening to facility managers and building occupants discuss their key pain points, including maintenance staff shortages, an inability to accurately monitor and track water, purging faucets, and improving user experiences within a restroom. For the last year and a half, he has focused on smart IOT and filtered drinking water solutions in the plumbing and water sector. Before that, he spent more a decade working on HVAC solutions, predominantly for commercial, hospitality and education markets. Driven to save energy for customers and improve operational efficiencies, Ray supports many of America’s largest companies and universities as they adopt innovative technologies to help create a sustainable and positive building experience for owners and occupants.
