Stu Rich has been working with Facilities customers for over 15 years, to develop software that helps customers optimize the productive capacity of their buildings and infrastructure. Stu led the PenBay team that published the first Buildings Interior Spatial Data Model (BISDM) as an open source data model project in 2007 for organizations interested in modeling their buildings in GIS. As CTO of PenBay Solutions, Stu led the development of the InVision software product bringing the power of GIS inside the building. As Cartegraph Facilities Industry Lead, Stu works with customers in Higher Education, Federal, State, and Local Government, and Commercial customers to help them leverage technology to drive better operational performance from their buildings and infrastructure.
