FMs and their support staff are constantly rolling out new building hardware and software integrations to support a "Smart" Building. These technological advancements are created to reduce mundane tasks by automating certain protocols and identifying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). It is imperative that Facilities Managers and their colleagues, EHS, Security, and Robots, are working together to ensure the goals of the organization are met within a specific time frame and budget.
