Arc: Performance Score to LEEDv4 O+M Explained

With Arc, LEED-certified buildings can benchmark against themselves and other similar buildings locally and globally. Spaces without certification can use Arc to make improvements in sustainability and human health and take steps toward earning LEED certification. Ultimately, the performance score in Arc enables you to make data driven decisions to track, manage and improve performance worldwide. This presentation introduces Arc through the lens of pursuing LEED v4 Operations + Maintenance (O+M) certification, using the Performance Score to LEED certification pilot credit, while highlighting the unique strategies employed by a variety of project types to achieve LEED O+M certification.

1. Explain the Performance Score in the Arc platform, its vision and data needed for benchmarking across energy, water, waste, transportation and human experience.
2. Identify strategies across building types towards LEED v4 O+M, using the Performance Score to LEED certification pilot credit.
3. Leverage comparisons to improve, and achieve higher levels of LEED certification in LEED v4 O+M, using Performance Score to LEED certification pilot credit.
4. Summarize the process of recertification, implementing the Performance Score to LEED certification pilot credit in LEED v4 O+M.
