Lessons learned from Crisis Team experts. Panel discussion covering threat prevention and local police resources available for workplace violence threats and de-escalation tactics. Steps to take for preparedness and understand training, capabilities and roles of security guards and crisis team personnel. Examine threat identification, de-escalation and returning to work after actual events.


1. Ascertain the path that leads to violence and identify how to interrupt it before it leads to a breach of the peace
2. Learn the do’s and don’ts to keep everyone safe
