Facility Condition Assessments (FCA): Is it Time for a Third Party to Review your Facility?

About this session:

Facility Condition Assessments (FCA) are emerging as a powerful executive tool for both strategic capital planning, project prioritization, and overall asset management. Historically FCAs where delivered as reports which were static tools listing deficiency information to help manage deferred maintenance backlogs. Adding modern web based technology with best practices (monetary and engineering-derived) to FCA yields a dynamic reporting interface that can be fully integrated with other enterprise business systems such as (CMMS) computerized maintenance management systems.

1. Learn about best practices for conducting FCA
2. Understand how software and analytics and be used to better manage facilities
3. Understand data needed to conduct a FCA
4. Review how to integrate the results of a FCA into strategic and long range business plan
