About this session:
Facility Managers are leading design and construction projects across the nation and around the globe. Within those projects, workplace design has the ability to enhance company culture and support their corporate values. Projects may require integrating an acquisition or assisting in translating the main corporate culture into a new office space. Holistic design can also enhance company culture and unify offices across multiple regions. How can workplace standards be implemented, while still allowing for regional influences? In the session, learn how one design firm accomplished this with one client, developing a brand new Midwest corporate headquarters project and an innovation, think-tank type space in the heart of Silicon Valley.
