About this session:

Facilities Management practitioners are constantly looking for ways to make themselves, their technicians and their organizations as efficient as possible. They can do this in two ways: increase the quality of services rendered, and reduce waste that detracts from the quality of services they provide. This conversation looks to aid in this effort by exploring how lean practices can be applied in FM to optimize value

2. Identify and Define the eight forms of Waste
3. Identify and Define the major tenets of a Lean system.
4. Learn how Lean principles can be applied in FM to maximize value
