Leveraging Efficiency Gains to Finance Infrastructure Upgrades

About this session:

Facility infrastructure assets such as building envelope, mechanical, and electrical systems require on-going maintenance and periodic, systemic replacement. These systems provide expected services such as heat, light, power, air-conditioning, and protection from the elements, not sell-able, customer attracting assets- often leading to deferred maintenance/deferred replacement. Equipment age/wear, technology break-through, and deferred maintenance lead to significant higher-than-necessary operating costs. This presentation will identify the options for financing infrastructure upgrades with zero out-of-pocket owner costs, how to generate savings that will exceed the payments, and how to package projects for favorable finance considerations.
