Determine the best “fit” for your organization as it pertains to quality, price, delivery, and return on investments. Before you engage in any roofing project, there are several items that need to be addressed. Looking at several project profiles, we will show the ins and outs of engaging roofing projects. Looking at the roof holistically, will be the primary step in deciding if the roof merits replacement and if it does, there are over 300 different types of systems, which is the best fit for your facility? Replacing a roof can vary based on geographic location, size, schedule, etc. There are many factors that go into making an intelligent decision and this presentation will focus on having the right data to support your capital request.

2. Learn how to establish what is more cost effective: replacement or restoration
3. Gain an understanding on what a successful project delivery system looks like
4. Gain an understanding on how to choose a solution that will minimize life cycle costs
