About this session:

This presentation is designed to explain and define what improvements to facilities qualify for specific tax incentives. The effects of tax reform and other new tax laws have substantial impact on the energy and building industries. We will discuss how to capture new tax incentives for HVAC systems and other energy efficiency upgrades that significantly reduce the upfront costs of equipment for building owners, and we will explore newly revived incentives for alternative energy generation systems and energy-efficiency upgrades. We will also discuss other legacy tax incentives available for designers and how energy companies and building owners can capture these. Our presentation is designed to give attendees a through understanding of how to simply include all of these incentives in teh calculations of energy and building project ROIs.
