The new WELL building standard protects occupants from unwanted negative effects of our buildings. Facility Managers can directly improve the productivity of occupants by understanding these principals. This is an overview of the WELL concepts and a case study of how they can easily be implemented in the workplace.

2. Define the factors that impact human health and well-being.
