IEQ for Engineers and Managers – Responding to Complaints
A poor response to an IEQ complaint can turn even a minor concern into a major expense or even a legal issue. IEQ complaints have two components: People and Technical. In this session we will review the more common office concerns regarding indoor air quality. We will discuss how best to respond as well as offer proactive measures to help reduce those concerns from occurring. We will discuss Effective Communications plus Tips and Tricks for better office and HVAC hygiene maintenance.
