About this session:

Prior to 2020, a major shift in employee expectations was underway as a result of Millennials and Gen Z entering the workplace. Covid both accelerated and amplified this shift. Further, the hybrid and work-from-home environment altered leadership and culture in profound ways. More than ever, organizations require a strategy to attract and retain top talent in a highly competitive labor market. Employers must shift their strategy to meet the expectations and needs of a multi-generational workforce. The strategy should also include fair and balanced methods of managing a hybrid or full-time WFH team. Further, organizations need methods of implementing new strategies in a cost-effective and time-efficient manner. Creating the right culture and fostering employee engagement are the most efficient and economical methods of reaching these goals. The presentation outlines the issue in the first 10 minutes and spends the next 35 minutes providing real-time, practical solutions that drive engagement and improve outcomes for organizations. We leave the final 15 minutes for questions.
