"I was fortunate to grow up with a father who owned a construction company, which sparked my early passion for maintenance and construction. From a young age, I developed hands-on skills that laid the foundation for my career and ignited a love for building, fixing, and leading. Over the years, I've applied those skills and expanded my expertise across several roles, including positions at Home Depot, Boyer Hill Military Housing, and Starboard Group. Today, I'm thrilled to be part of the Dutch Bros team in a role that continues to challenge and inspire me. I am deeply passionate about management and take great pride in everything I do. One of the most rewarding aspects of leadership is empowering others recognizing and developing the strengths of each team member to help the entire organization thrive."
