Tyler served in the United States Navy from 2012 to 2017 as a Fire Control Technician aboard the USS Louisville SSN-724, a fast-attack submarine. Since 2019, Tyler has continued his service in the Navy Reserve, supporting CTF-169 in Naples, Italy, with shoreside tactical operations. Following TruePoint?s acquisition by GPRS in 2022, he has held roles as a Project Manager, Laser Scanning Technical Specialist, and now serves as a Market Segment Leader.
