Funding Your Energy Project with Newly Extended Tax Incentives

This presentation is designed to explain tax incentives from the Energy Policy Act (EPAct 179D), cost segregation, R&D and the Employee Retention Credit. We will discuss how building owners and managers can strategically use the above-mentioned incentives to significantly decrease the amount of time it takes to recoup their investment in building equipment, particularly those items related to the energy systems in the building.  We will also discuss how vendors of Facility Managers can also benefit from these incentives.  With the permanent extention of EPAct 179D tax incentives, companies can plan and strategize their future projects around this benefit.  This presentation will also cover new guidelines issued recently.
