The Reservable Workplace: Desk, Spaces, and Things

Hybrid workplaces and the distributed workforce are here to stay. Many will point to the pandemic and the sudden need it created for remote opportunities, which were important for safety, health, and continued operations. As post-pandemic work environments begin to take shape, advanced reservation software and tools and services are shaping what it looks like to be at work and connected to the workplace. Two of the most common services are desk booking and conference room booking solutions. Both are in high demand because of the capabilities they offer to workplaces planning re-entry and re-occupancy protocols. But, as companies look at deploying a more holistic approach to people, places, and technology in the workplace, the need for expanding “bookability” in the becomes apparent. The booking of things will become as integral to normal operations as any other platform. In this session, we'll talk about the changing workplace landscape and how digital workplace tools and on-the-go scheduling solutions bring more value to facilities groups and managing experiences for the whole workplace.

2. Why employees need to be connected to the workplace even when working remotely
