About this session:

Learn the secrets of successful facilities projects from recipients of the 2018 Facility Maintenance Decisions Achievement Awards, which showcase some of the best maintenance and engineering departments in the country. The panelists will offer insights into the success of their projects and will discuss the lessons they learned in the process. The panelists were chosen in the categories of retrofits and renovations, sustainability, financial management and personnel management. Attendees are encouraged to ask questions and engage with the panelists during this highly interactive session, bring the ideas they learned back home, and consider their own entries for the 2019 contest.
