According to studies, noise and distractions are the top complaints of office workers - a costly situation that triggers drops in productivity and employee well-being. This session explores experiential design solutions, the importance of designing for sound in the office, and the impact nature and natural elements can have on productivity and well-being. This session will also dive into the latest research on biophilic design and the impact on workplace productivity.
