About this session:

Liberty University is in the process of implementing an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). The purpose of this paper is to outline the steps being taken to transition from a legacy Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to an IWMS. The paper will discuss how the University identified the current state, desired future state and the plan for bridging the gap. Lessons learned and the path forward to complete the effort will be discussed.
