About this session:

When you react in predictable ways, do you wonder why? Do you wonder why can you can easily relate to some co-workers, team members and employees yet it seems impossible to have a civil conversation with others? This presentation answers these questions and helps you evaluate human behaviors from a variety of viewing points. You learn to value the diversity of personalities while building skills to make subtle changes in your behaviors and touch points with others, enabling you to expand your personal influence and leadership abilities while helping the team collaborate. Attend and take a sample personality profile.


1. Review how to identify unique and innate personality traits and how to observe others and make educated guesses on their personality traits
2. Understand how to individualize and customize conversations and touch points with employees and team members you want to influence
3. Distinguish, learn to respect and listen to coworkers and employees perspectives, recognizing that different personalities bring unique and valuable viewpoints to discussions
4. Appraise the strengths and limitations of team members or employees, giving you the ability to capitalize on individual strengths for the greatest advancement toward the completion of projects
