General Session | Tuesday, November 3 | 11:00 AM - 12:15 PM
For facility pros, risk comes with the job. From equipment failures and communication breakdowns to technology disruptions, the unexpected can impact building performance and occupant safety.
But managing risk isn't just about avoiding it—it's about navigating uncertainty, making bold decisions, and bouncing back. And what better place to practice those skills than Las Vegas, the world's capital of high-stakes decision-making?
At NFMT West, we're teaming up with Poker Power for the General Session All In on FM: Risk Taking and Decision Making from the Perspective of the Poker Table. Join us for a live table exercise to see firsthand how poker strategies can sharpen decision-making, help mitigate uncertainty, and build tolerance for managing risks in your facility -- and your facility management career.
