About the Speaker

Dr. Dawn Lucarelli is a seasoned poker player with more than 20 years of experience, including two World Series of Poker Main Event cashes. A former Associate Superintendent for Arundel County Schools, Dawn brings a rare combination of educational leadership and poker expertise to every room she enters. She’s known for making poker approachable and genuinely fun for beginners, casual players, and everyone in between, while drawing out the real-world skills the game builds: strategy, confidence, and composure under pressure.
