The educational piece in the morning time has been the best part for me, just learning about different things and refreshing my memory about a lot of stuff that I've already started practicing, but some of the details, the finer details.

I'm a new building manager at the University of Texas and I heard about the conference from some of my other colleagues and they said I should come. It's been a great experience so far. I'm learning a lot and there's so much information to take in. I really recommend it for anyone.

The trade show and the seminars are fantastic.

Super funny story! Back in 2023, the first time I attended NFMT, I met a friend here. While we talking about how I want to move, I used to live in Baltimore, I want to move to Virginia. He said, I live in Virginia. While we were talking he shared with me his real estate agent and literally two (or) three days later he sent me the house down the street from his house. Like three houses down of his house. I ended up I purchasing it and he's my best friend now.

For the first time, my team with Amtrak, it's the first time we're physically within each other's presence. We've been on Teams Meets but we're national: east coast, west coast, central and all, but it's the first time that we're actually all together in person, here at NFMT. We have over 500 stations in the United States and then other buildings across the country. The variety of vendors here, there's a little bit of something for everything that we would use.

I like to see all the various new suppliers, new vendors, and new technology.
