Please do not make hotel arrangements or share any personal information through any means other than through the through official channels. Please be warned that we do not reach out to you for hotel reservations. This is a deceptive practice and is not in any way affiliated with the NFMT. You will not be contacted by the hotels unless there is a question about your existing reservation or in response to an inquiry made by you.
NFMT and our partners DO NOT sell our lists. Anyone that approaches offering to sell the attendee list is in no way affiliated with the show. In the event someone reaches out, please notify your account representative as we will promptly send a cease and desist.
Hotel and List poaching is a widespread issue in the event industry and we will do our best to minimize these interruptions.
